I have openvpn and i use vpnbook server/certificate from Romania. I live in Australia and i am on 25/5mbps satellite (skymuster NBN). The problem is when i run this it slows down to 0.5mbps/0.1mbps making it pretty useless. I want to also use P2P for torrents.
